Saw a post somewhere online that suggested I uninstall Winterboard and I gave it a try. Wow my iPhone feels so much faster and more responsive now! Though I do miss the themes and customized look, I prefer a faster iPhone any day.
For those with Winterboard installed, you should try uninstalling it!
